The slider is already assembled per the picture shown.  They will mount on to the 10 Series (1″) extrusions, and will slide on 10 Series extrusions that are 1″ wide.  Perfect for when you need quick adjustment on your builds.  The sliders are quick to install / remove, and have a pre-drilled hole to install a brake.  There are four Ø0.257″ mounting holes, distance between holes is 2.25″ & 1.00″.  There are no shims included with the assembly.
