I ordered several 15 series extrusions as well as other components like gussets, various brackets, tnuts and screws. I messed up one of the items on my order and called the following morning. Robert was very understanding and substituted the correct part for what I ordered by mistake, no questions asked and even did it without asking for more $$ even though the parts added up to a bit more than what I picked. And although the order was delayed due to a 15 series shortage within the shop, it was communicated to me that the material would be in later that day and would then ship the following day. Packaging was more than adequate and everything was received in excellent shape. I’ll no doubt use TNUTZ again. Great value and excellent service.

Hands down the best – I buy tons of T slot extrusions and it is absolutely absurd what every other company charges for this stuff – Like, it actually makes me sick thinking about it…. I have ordered from TNUTZ for 4 years with zero issues. In my experience so far, all extrusions, brackets, and hardware are equivalent quality to any other well-known “name brand” extrusions at greatly reduced prices.

I recently constructed a 180-inch long by 96-inch high frame for a test fixture. A price comparison showed TNUTZ was half the cost of the next cheapest competitor on this project, saving me over $2000. All the parts arrived well packaged and accurately cut to length. The frame was used to align two parallel linear rails for a gantry, and it did so with no need for shimming or fine adjustment on my part. This is a great testament to the accuracy of the extrusion’s dimensions.

I highly recommend TNUTZ for aluminum extrusion needs.

Everyone knows it’s not just the extruded aluminum bars that are expensive. The brackets and hardware from 8020 are the major cost of building with this stuff.

Then I found tnutz. Same quality at a fraction of the cost. Also the shipping is way cheaper. I estimate a 70% savings over 8020.

I placed an order composed of a “shed load” of extrusions and fasteners on June 2. It was a rather complicated mix of about 37 extrusions, mostly cut to length and machined, and a large mix of fasteners and accessories totaling 478 pieces (lots and lots of fasteners). After the specified processing and shipping time, all 93 pounds of stuff arrived today June 14…intact. While I was fortunate to have it shipped from upstate NY to me in central NJ, everything arrived in great shape. When I cracked open the package it was clearly very well packed. My kids accuse me of excessive packing but this heavy shipment required every inch of stretch wrap and cardboard to secure the package (I should buy stock in stretch wrap.). I recently completed the inventory check, including counting hundreds of fasteners, and the order was spot on. As this was my first order with Tnutz I can’t say for certain if the successful order was a fluke or business as usual, but in any event I am a very satisfied customer. I have a future order for follow on projects still on the drawing board and looking forward to more business with Tnutz.

I customized and ordered a racing simulator rig on Tuesday and received it on Saturday. The 53 lbs package was extremely neat and efficiently packed. I drooled over the parts as I put them together. The end caps far exceeded others I’ve heard about. The only issue I had was assuming the corner gussets would have rotation- resisting tabs, but they still perform perfectly. She informed me that she would forward the info and send me back a reply(which I later found out about and somehow was unable to retrieve). Lastly, you may notice that they don’t carry everything other competitors offer. That’s ok! Start with ordering your structural profile (10/15/20/40 series) from Tnutz and ensure you include the necessary hardware (bolts, nuts, brackets, etc.) then whatever you can’t find here, order that single component from another site.

All the pieces were present and the correct size. Also, all the accessory hardware was present. Everything fit together very well. The frame corners are square after assembly which indicates all were cut to the correct size. There were no burrs/flash at the cuts.

I bought many sticks of 2020 and 2040 – mostly in black ano… and some in silver to save $’s, the latter used where it doesn’t show, or where they worked with my color scheme. 2020 is plenty strong – 2040 is even better where stiffness and torque needs to be tamed… I cannot imagine needing stronger or heavier parts inside a Sprinter van build

I built my entire Sprinter RV interior framing with these extrusions and it went nearly flawlessly – cutting with a carbide tipped powered miter box… only downside was having to find 2020 parts/connectors all over the internet.
