We STRONGLY urge all customers to create accounts, and save your credit card number to the STRIPE platform. We never send any promotional or marketting emails, and we will never sell or share your information with anyone. Saving your card to STRIPE will allow us adjust your invoices if you need to make additions or adjustments to current orders, shipping adjustments…etc. and we always request your permission before charging your card. If your card is not on file, we cannot make any adjustments or additions to current orders.

Unfortunately, we have not been able to find an accurate freight shipping plugin for the website. If you feel that the shipping price is too high, please contact us. Freight shipments only make sense for shipments over 500 lbs, and depending on how far you are located and whether we are shipping to a residential or business, freight is not always the most economical shipping method.
We prefer to communicate via email or chat. Many of our part numbers are “D”, “B”, “T”…etc. and this is not always clear thru phone calls. All returns and discrepancies must be handled within 30 days of delivery. We don't accept returns on extrusions. They are all custom cut.
Extrusion orders are received directly thru website, sent to ShipStation, printed, and go directly to the saw. We have several shifts; evening & week-ends. There is no way for production to read emails about changes or cancellations, and since all orders are custom cut, we cannot cancel / refund extrusion orders. For parts orders, please email support@tnutz.com for any changes and cancellations and don’t forget to include your order number; do not call, emails are clearer.
