All returns and discrepancies must be handled within 30 days of delivery. We don't accept returns on extrusions. They are all custom cut.
Extrusion orders are received directly thru website, sent to ShipStation, printed, and go directly to the saw. We have several shifts; evening & week-ends. There is no way for production to read emails about changes or cancellations, and since all orders are custom cut, we cannot cancel / refund extrusion orders. For parts orders, please email support@tnutz.com for any changes and cancellations and don’t forget to include your order number; do not call, emails are clearer.
