These joining plates will fit in the 10 or 25 Series (1″) extrusions and are designed to add structural rigidity on 45° joints.  The dimensions are 2.75″ x 2″, and a thickness of .188″ (3/16″).  The holes are Ø0.281″, 1″ between centers, and each plate is individually wrapped in thin paper to prevent rubbing during shipping.
