(HI-015-D) 15 Series Standard Captive Lift-Off Hinge Assembly w/mounting hardware.

These parts are 100% equivalent to the following manufacturers:

• 80/20 #2106** – 80/20’s hinges are aluminum, ours are Nylatron; dimensions are the same.
• T-SLOTS #655102** – T-SLOTS’s hinges are aluminum, ours are Nylatron; dimensions are the same.

The hinges have a locating nub to prevent each piece from spinning.  The gap between the two extrusions when mounted will be 1/16″ (0.063″).  There is a self-lubricating bronze bushing in the center piece, two stainless steel pins on the two other pieces.
