Great customer care
After sending me the wrong item, I contacted them online and filled out the required form. I then called them to verify that they received it and talked to a very helpful representative. She informed me that she would forward the info and send me back a reply(which I later found out about and somehow was unable to retrieve). Almost a week later I called back and she straightened things out and while on the phone sent me a return shipping label. I packaged the items and sent them back latter that afternoon. Before they even received my returned item back, they sent me out my original order. In short they provided me with great customer service and left me a very satisfied customer. I would highly recommend them.
